Q2: What is a setup charge?
A2: A set-up charge is a standard fee within the industry that includes art work the creation of, and the ‘burning’ of a screen or digitizing your design for processing.
Q4: Do I pay set-up charges again when I re-order?
A4: No! We retain our screens for 24 months. If your previous order was within the last two years, there is no setup charge. For embroidery, there is no set up charge on reorders.
Q5: How do I send my artwork?
A5: You may email your artwork to email@example.com. Be sure to mention your order number on the subject line.
Q6: How do you ship your products?
A6: Most of the orders weighing in less than 75 lbs are shipped by UPS ground, using durable boxes and customized foam packaging when needed. If you prefer another method, we will try to accomodate your request.
Q7: How do I track my order?
A7: Once you place the order, you are given an estimated delivery date. You will be provided with a tracking number once the shipment has been sent.
Q8: Do I have other options other than paying by credit card?
A8: Yes. You can pay by check instead.
Q9: How do I place an order if I am paying by check?
A9: Just use the shopping cart as if you are placing an order. Print out all the information on the order, including the total price and the delivery date. Upon receipt of your payment, we will promptly process your order, and e-mail you a copy of the paid invoice.
